Meet Monica Skalsky

Monica Skalsky, CMT (CAMTC #33056), has spent over 30 years in the massage therapy industry — from spa to sports therapy, clinical work, and teaching at the National Holistic Institute and American Career College.

She’s the owner of three thriving brands:

  • Wrthit — a premium lymphatic drainage brand serving post-surgical clients across Southern California

  • Balanced Pro Massage — a mobile massage company that brings relaxation and connection into homes and corporate settings

  • Peaches by Wrthit — her luxury post-op recovery product line

After decades in the field, Monica realized that most massage therapists were never taught the business side of success.
So she created Massage Business Academy — to empower therapists nationwide to earn more, stress less, and build practices that reflect their worth.

What I Wish I Knew When I Started

When I first started my massage career, I thought passion and hard work would be enough.
But I quickly realized that skill doesn’t always equal success.
